Our system uses one dedicated device for lyrics and separate devices for song requests, giving guests full control of the queue while keeping the music stable and reliable.

How do guests request songs?

Guests can request songs using their phones or a designated guest tablet connected to our system. Song requests are added to the queue and managed by the karaoke host to keep the event running smoothly.

Can I use my phone for lyrics?

Lyrics are displayed on a dedicated lyric screen (tablet or projector/screen, depending on the package). Guest devices are used for song requests and queue access only and do not display lyrics.

What happens if it rains?

For outdoor events, the client must provide a covered and weather-safe area for all equipment. If unsafe weather conditions occur (rain, high winds, extreme heat), the event may be paused or canceled for safety reasons. Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.

How long does set up take?

Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on the package and venue. Teardown usually takes 30 minutes. Setup and teardown time are not counted as performance time, but access to the event space is required prior to the scheduled start time.
