Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Fee
• A booking fee is required to secure the event date and time.
• The fee amount is:
• Basic Package: $250 minimum
• Premium Package: $300 minimum


This covers:
• Reservation of equipment and staff
• Preparation, loading, and potential setup time
• No date or time is considered booked until the deposit is received.

2. Payment & Event Duration • Remaining balance is due before or at the start of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Event time begins at the scheduled start time, not arrival time. • Additional time requested during the event is subject to availability and will be billed accordingly.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Booking fee is refundable if cancelled with 7 days notice, partial refund for 4-6 days notice or no refund if cancelled with 3 days or less than before event.
• If the event is canceled: The fee covers cancellation without setup.
• One reschedule may be allowed with at least 4 day's notice, subject to availability, without refund.

Setup Requirements

The client agrees to provide:
• Adequate space for equipment setup
• A safe, stable power source
• Protection from weather (rain, extreme heat, wind) for outdoor events
• Access to the setup area at the agreed time

Delays caused by lack of access, power, or space may reduce performance time without refund.

Equipment Use & Responsibility
• All equipment remains the property of the service provider.
• Guests are not permitted to adjust, move, or tamper with equipment, tablets, microphones, speakers, or settings.
• Any damage caused by guests, attendees, or venue conditions will be the client’s responsibility and may result in repair or replacement charges.

Tablets & Guest Devices
• Lyric display tablets are view-only and locked to prevent changes.
• Song requests and queue access are provided through designated guest devices or personal phones.
• Unauthorized attempts to modify settings or remove security restrictions may result in service interruption.

Audio Levels & Conduct
• Volume levels are managed by the service provider and may be adjusted to comply with venue rules or local noise ordinances.
• The service provider reserves the right to pause or end the event if:
• Guests become aggressive, destructive, or unsafe
• Equipment or staff safety is at risk
• No refunds will be issued in these situations.

Song Selection & Content
• Song availability is subject to karaoke software libraries.
• Explicit content may be limited at family-friendly events unless approved in advance.
• We are not responsible for unavailable or removed songs.

Liability
The service provider is not responsible for:
• Venue power failures
• Internet issues beyond our control
• Acts of nature or venue restrictions
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

By submitting a deposit or allowing services to begin, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
